As many of you have likely heard, the WIOA regulations were posted to the Employment & Training Administration’s website on June 30. We’ll be posting quite a bit of content in this blog over the coming weeks and months, and we hope you will share your reactions, questions, and experiences with the new requirements with regard to Rapid Response, business engagement, and layoff aversion in the discussions.
